  • License Key Retailer: LicensesVault sells authorization keys and software activation codes. We do not own, develop, or claim trademark rights to the third-party software products sold on our Site (such as Microsoft, Adobe, or Antivirus providers). All trademarks and logos belong to their respective copyright holders.
  • End-User License Agreements (EULA): When you purchase and activate a software key, your use of the actual software is governed by the End-User License Agreement of the respective software manufacturer.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • To purchase digital keys and access your purchase history, you may be required to register a customer account on LicensesVault.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities and purchases that occur under your account. LicensesVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity or unauthorized access.

4. Ordering, Pricing, and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are listed in USD (or local displayed currency) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant third-party gateways (including Stripe and PayPal). By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

All sales of digital software keys are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Because digital license codes can be immediately revealed and activated upon delivery, refunds are strictly limited to unrevealed keys or verified defective/invalid codes within 14 calendar days of purchase.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Third-Party Software Performance: LicensesVault is not responsible for third-party software bugs, developer server downtime, platform updates, or future compatibility issues caused by third-party software manufacturers.
  • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LicensesVault’s total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
